It is a pleasant walk to visit the Robert Frost cabin and the Frost Interpretive Trail, with parking available if you choose to drive.
The rocky gorge of Texas Falls can be found a few miles east on Route 125, on the way to Hancock.
Skiing: Cross Country on the Rikert Trails that boast snow-making. Downhill Trails of the Middlebury Snow Bowl are 2 miles away, and family-friendly.
